Meet the owner

I never gave up.

My name is Ciera — but everybody calls me CeCe. I'm a mom of one, and I wrap cars for a living.

It started when I wanted my Chrysler 300 wrapped and couldn't afford to pay someone. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of person, so I figured — how hard could it be? I found out real quick how hard it actually was. But I never gave up. I started practicing on my own car back in 2023, and here we are in 2026, doing this full-time.

Today I'm proud to be one of the very few women wrapping cars in the DMV — turning other people's visions into reality, one vehicle at a time.

How much does a wrap cost?

Every job is quoted individually. Price depends on the vehicle, how much of it you're wrapping, and the finish you pick — a matte color change on a coupe and a full commercial wrap on a van aren't in the same range. Book a consultation or call and you'll get a real number before any work starts.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes — 50% up front to reserve your slot and cover materials, with the balance due when the vehicle is finished. Deposits are handled through Square when you book.

How long will my car be in the shop?

It depends on the job. A roof or chrome delete is quick; a full wrap takes considerably longer, and vehicles with a lot of trim or complex curves take longer still. You'll get a realistic timeline as part of your quote, not a guess.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — C4Wraps runs by appointment only, seven days a week from 10 AM to 5 PM. That keeps every vehicle getting proper attention instead of sharing the bay. Book a time online.

Do you travel, or do I bring the car to you?

The shop is at 7615 Commerce Ln in Clinton, MD, and that's where most work happens. Travel across DC, Maryland, and Virginia is available — there's a fee depending on distance, so mention where you're located when you reach out.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your name and phone number, the year, make, and model of the vehicle, what you're looking to have done, and a few photos of the car as it sits now. Those photos matter — existing paint condition affects what's possible.

Can you wrap my business vehicles?

Yes. Branded wraps, logos, lettering, and full fleet graphics are all handled in-house, whether it's one van or a whole fleet. Commercial work is priced by inquiry — call 240-467-6759 to talk through the project.
